Refining
Provided pricing analysis for database company with 8% of the market share. They wanted to know what the biggest player was charging for similar systems and they wanted to know what different clients got with those package and what the customer service experience was like. Provided detailed analysis with pricing, product differentiation and then recommendations for changing business model to support new pricing levels. Revenues increased 20% once new pricing was in place.
Repositioning
Hired to find national non profit partner for launch of national media program for young people. Project developed into national sponsorship solicitation of a 12 film series with tie-ins to Pubic Television in 30 top markets.
Reinventing
Retained by board as Interim Director after completing an organizational audit detailing programs, financials, staffing, marketing and other improvements needed to be undertaken by board. In two years, worked on a complete turnaround of the organization. Brought outsourced business unit in-house, created database/tracking systems, and reduced expenses by 30%. Final result was the merging of this organization with two other larger ones, now the 4th largest in the country.
