- Because of Blue Sky Thinking, our revenues increased 20% last year. They helped us attain private pricing data on our competitors and then analyzed our pricing and services and recommended increasing what we charged. We did and it worked!
- The presentation this noon went marvelously. Thanks so much for your help with this project. You provided exactly the market data I needed to make my pitch for changing our business services. Without your primary source data I could not have spoken with such detail and in depth analysis.
- Tammy is a very enthusiastic leader. Her positivism is infectious and despite the fact that she's an idea factory, she always listened to board and staff, letting us have input and ownership in what we were creating together.
- We are very happy with Tammy's work as well as quick turn around time. This business proposal is really clear, focused and professional!
- Tammy's vast background with a wide variety of non-profits provides keen perspectives for each organization she assists.
- Tammy's style blends professionally into diverse corporate cultures.
- Our experience with Blue Sky Thinking was that they assessed our organization's needs, created a prioritized work plan, and set about building a stronger, more resiliently business. (And, every non-profit's a business, that's why they say, "you can't have a mission if you don't have a margin.")
- As an interim executive director and consultant, Tammy was instrumental in restructuring High Tech Kids from a loosely organized founder-based non-profit to sustainable organization with a well rounded board, a diversity of funders and a well functioning staff. She really led us out of the wilderness." Top qualities: Great Results, Good Value , High Integrity

Tammy Hauser served as the Interim Executive Director during a critical period for our organization, Springboard for the Arts. The board wanted someone who could actually move the organization forward and not just maintain the status quo during our search for an Executive Director.
Tammy was the right person for the job. She was able to quickly determine changes that needed to be made to streamline the organization; and she had the skills, connections, and fundraising ability to make those changes.
She also recommended some new and exciting strategic initiatives. Perhaps most importantly, her personality and enthusiasm created a positive environment for change and growth, as well as strengthened relationships with funders and partners of Springboard.

With a shoe string budget that only allowed us to hire a part time Executive Director, we had no idea how lucky we were to find Tammy Hauser. Tammy brought focus, organization and accountability to our board.
Under her guidance, within two years we had built a solid board, seeded an endowment fund and have been consistently been able to grant over $250,000 every year since 2001 back to our schools. Tammy was absolutely mission critical to launching us to where we are now. I would recommend Tammy Hauser without any reservation to any group that is transitioning into to a larger effort.

Tammy is a very enthusiastic leader. Her positivism is infectious and despite the fact that she's an idea factory, she always listened to the other staff, letting us have input and ownership in what we were creating together. We had fun and got a lot accomplished when Tammy was our Executive Director. The organization moved briskly into the 21st Century (technology-wise) and the table was set for our new Executive Director.
Sincerely, Chris Osgood Director of Artist Services, Springboard for the Arts
- Tammy/BST helped us enormously as we developed a three-year Strategic Plan for the Neighborhood Health Care Network. Unlike several other consultants we considered, Tammy tailored her services to our unique needs as a consortium of 14 separate organizations and was able to help us navigate a very complex environment and set of opportunities, needs, and challenges. I was especially impressed by her understanding of the business side of running a membership-based organization and her sense of what makes for an effective, actionable plan.
