What’s in a Name:

Blue Sky Thinking was dreamed up during a ‘blue sky” day on a road trip in a convertible. It conveys a sprit of the possible and the positive. The element of Thinking adds a strategic approach. Each of these attributes comprise the essence of Blue Sky Thinkingpositive, possible yet strategic.

History:

The firm was created by Tamara Hauser Sarto in 2001 to provide management consulting to non profits.  In 2009, she expanded Blue Sky Thinking to include a new company Idea Factory for event, campaign and program production.  By combining her expertise with the expertise of a team of skilled consultants, Blue Sky Thinking has grown into a sought-after boutique agency that helps non profits to successfully refine, reposition or reinvent themselves.
