What’s in a Name:
Blue Sky thinking was dreamed up during a ‘blue sky” day on a road trip in a convertible. It conveys a sprit of the possible and the positive. The element of Thinking adds a strategic approach. Each of these attributes comprise the essence of Blue Sky Thinking – positive, possible yet strategic.
History:
The firm was created by Tamara Hauser Sarto in 2001 to provide management, event and marketing consulting to non profits. Since then, Tammy has worked with businesses and found that the issues they faced were similar to those found in non profits:
- Declining or flat sales
- Unclear marketing messages
- Lack of product/company awareness
- Lack of strategic planning and leadership
- Customer acquisition and customer care
By combining her expertise with the expertise of a team of skilled consultants, Blue Sky Thinking grew into a boutique agency that helps companies and non profits refine, reposition or reinvent themselves.
